Gellis Communications is looking for experienced freelance Communications Evaluators (based in New York City, Jordan, Panama, Thailand, Kenya, Nepal/India, Senegal)  

• Candidates with min. 5 yrs exp. in the evaluation of public + private sector communications programmes (data collection, data analysis, quality control) and strategy formulation.
• Native written English.
• Knowledge of children’s issues a plus.
