Gellis’ Management Team has joined a high-level working group of EU communications experts to advise the European institutions on ‘how to communicate Europe in the EU Member States'.

Initiated by Brussels-based Think Tank Friends of Europe, this working group, consisting of institutional and corporate experts as well as civil society networks, will draft a report to be presented to the incoming European Commission, the new European Parliament and information & communications officials in all EU member governments and national parliaments by the end of 2009. Besides internal discussions of the group’s 15-20 experts, the report will be based on a survey amongst heads of information and communication in member states, EU Institutions and civil society. Their concrete suggestions will be accompanied by additional recommendations from professional communications experts across Europe.
