During the upcoming months, Gellis Communications will develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy in order to support the activities of the client eSkills ILB and its members in support of their core agenda, namely to enhance ICT-related skills and competences (e-skills), and digital literacy of Europe’s workforce and citizens.
The campaign will target European policymakers and Brussels-based stakeholders such as media correspondents and the main European Commission officials involved in the e-Skills domain. It will consist, amongst other elements, of a comprehensive target group classification and development of a messaging architecture, press outreach, a dedicated blog, online social media networking, internal training, the promotion of best practices in the field, policy monitoring, and the organisation of a number of stakeholder outreach events. |
