Gellis supports ILB long term e-skills and digital literacy agenda
During the upcoming months, Gellis Communications will develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy in order to support the activities of the client eSkills ILB and its members in support of their core agenda, namely to enhance ICT-related skills and competences (e-skills), and digital literacy of Europe’s workforce and citizens.
Gellis will promote the client’s initiatives in focus areas such as digital literacy for employability, Green ICT, Women in ICT, the eSkills Career Portal, or cyber security, and to supplement awareness raising activities around the EU e-Skills Week 2010.
The campaign will target European policymakers and Brussels-based stakeholders such as media correspondents and the main European Commission officials involved in the e-Skills domain. It will consist, amongst other elements, of a comprehensive target group classification and development of a messaging architecture, press outreach, a dedicated blog, online social media networking, internal training, the promotion of best practices in the field, policy monitoring, and the organisation of a number of stakeholder outreach events.
