Glaubicz and Gellis partner up to promote Polish zero-emission power plant project.

Glaubicz Garwolińska Consultants (GGC) and Gellis Communications are developing a campaign for a zero-emission fossil fuel power demonstration plant based in Poland’s Upper Silesia.

The consortium of Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. (ZAK) and Południowy Koncern Energetyczny S.A. (PKE) intends to build the world’s first Zero-Emission Power & Chemical Complex which uses the latest coal-gasification technology combined with carbon capture and storage (CCS). Any remaining flue gases are to be processed into chemical products such as methanol. The key objective of this campaign is to secure essential EU funds for the implementation of the project. While GGC are promoting the project on a Member State level in Poland, Gellis has been charged with providing and implementing an efficient communications strategy in Brussels.
